Mold Inspection & Testing

Quality, Professional Service

Every mold situation is unique in its own way. Whether your home has been involved in water damage, leaks, or high levels of humidity that has caused mold to grow, or you're simply feeling sick and nauseous and suspect you may have mold in your home, we can help ease doubts and give you peace of mind. We provide Mold Assessment, Testing, and Laboratory reporting services to all of South Florida. A Florida State Licensed Mold Professional will perform a thorough inspection using state of the art equipment, as well as take samples that will be sent to a private laboratory for testing. Once the lab analysis is completed, you'll receive a complete detailed lab report, as well as recommendations and a protocol if applicable and remediation is necessary.

Post Remediation Verification

Non-bias Clearance Testing

Following a remediation protocol written by us, a remediation company of your choice will be armed with the proper scope to get rid of mold in your home. We can provide guidance and oversight on any remediation project and conduct clearance verification tests after remediation is completed. Mold remediation is a project to take seriously, and should only be done by a licensed remediation company with several years of experience, under close supervision of a licensed assessor with the occupants interest in mind. Post-remediation inspection and clearance testing should always be done after remediation to make sure the job was done right, and give the homeowners peace of mind.

Mold Swab Testing

Thermal Imaging Mold Check

Thermal Imaging

The most important issue, for most, is whether or not mold spores are present in the air, and whether or not occupants are breathing toxic or harmful mold spores. Testing the air allows us to identify any airborne spores or particles.

In unique situations where mold is visible, the assessor may take swab samples to identify the type of mold, and whether the species is toxic. This also helps when writing a protocol report and including remediation suggestions.

Thermal imaging (or infrared) cameras are industry standard state of the art tools that allow us to identify underlying problems that cannot be seen with the naked eye. We conduct thorough scans within the property to find hidden issues.

Certified Lab Reporting

Utilizing moisture meters, we can easily detect the saturation levels of surfaces such as walls and flooring, which then can help the assessor determine certain causes of moisture, and areas that need to be addressed with drying equipment.

Some mold issues are caused simply by high levels of humidity. We thoroughly inspect the indoor environment for high levels of humidity and if it is determined to be the cause of mold growth, we can make proper remedy suggestions.

Every inspection includes a report from a 3rd party state certified environmental laboratory. Included in the report is an easy to read, fully detailed analysis breakdown of the samples taken on site at the time of the assessment.
